1. Notes:
VW4350 hex head plugs meet AS4320, AS4350 and KC136 geometry specifications.
VW4350 plugs are functionally equivalent to AS4350 hex head plugs.
The VW4350 fitting end is similar to AS930 for straight thread port connections.
2. Material:
Code Letter D Type 2024-T851 aluminum per AMS-QQ-225/6
Code Letter J Type 304 CRES per AMS 5639
Code Letter K Type 316 CRES per AMS 5648
Code Letter W Type 7075-T7351 aluminum per AMS 4124
Other materials available upon request.
3. Finish:
Code Letter D Anodized (Mil-A-8625, Type II, Cl 2, blue, sealed)
Code Letter J, K Passivated per AMS2700, Method 2
Code Letter W Anodized (Mil-A-8625, Type II, Cl 2, brown, sealed)
4. Part number: VW4350K08
where VW4350 specifies a hex head plug to AS4350.
K specifies the material type (K = 316 CRES).
08 specifies size code (in 16ths, i.e., 08 = .500).
